Your install key
Keep this somewhere handy. Coil asks for it once, on the first screen, together with the email below.

1. Install Docker Desktop
Free, from docker.com. Start it once so it finishes setting up.
2. Run the installer
Mac or Linux. Open Terminal and paste:
curl -fsSL https://lawfirmautomate.com/coil/install.sh | shWindows. Open PowerShell and paste:
irm https://lawfirmautomate.com/coil/install.ps1 | iexIt installs Coil into a coil folder in your home directory and starts it. Your practice lives in the data folder inside it, so back that folder up.
3. Create your account
Open http://localhost:8080. Enter your firm name, your name, a password, and the key above with the same email. Coil checks the key once and never again.
