We install a private AI server at your office instead. On that deployment the models run on hardware you own, on your own network, and there are no outbound connections. Not encrypted in transit. Not covered by a policy. Not leaving.

It works like the shared printer, except it drafts. Partners get everything, associates get their own matters, paralegals get document and drafting tools, staff gets a general assistant. Every query and every document interaction is logged locally, so you can answer who touched what when your carrier asks.

Where a matter genuinely needs a frontier model, the same interface routes to one under a commercial agreement your firm signs rather than a consumer terms of service, and you decide in advance which matters are eligible. The two paths are set out in the security posture.

Reading and drafting

Discovery document summarizer Upload a deposition or a discovery response, get a structured summary, a chronological timeline, an entity table with roles, topic frequencies and flagged passages.
Contract clause checker Clause inventory graded against the document type. Present, thin, missing-required, missing-recommended, plus risky-language flags with the passage quoted and the section referenced.
PI demand letter drafter Claim facts to a full letter. Liability narrative, injuries and treatment, itemised specials table, lost wages, the demand and its deadline.
Medical records requests One HIPAA-style letter per provider across a date-of-service range, batched into a single file.

Case value estimator A settlement range from transparent multiplier logic with every step of the maths shown. Deterministic, and it never calls a model.
Citation checker Checks whether the authorities in a draft are real before the draft leaves the building.

Local PDF tools

Bates stamping, exhibit stamps, metadata scrubbing, merge and split. The page loads once and then makes no network requests at all. Open your developer tools, watch the network tab, and stamp a batch. It works with the internet disconnected.

Local legal transcriber

Dictation and audio transcribed on your own machine. The audio is never uploaded, there is no account, and after a one-time model download it runs offline. The source is public for your IT people to read.
